• 4 to 10 days prior to arrival: 50% of the booking value charged as cancellation fee.
• Within 3 days of arrival: 100% of the booking value charged as cancellation fee.
• Unprecedented Situations: In case of severe weather, roadblocks, curfew, or law & order situations in Meghalaya, booking amounts will be retained as a credit note for future reservation adjustments.
